I’m Not A ‘Boss’ But A Leader – Olamide (Video)

Multi Award-winning Rapper & Record Label Founder, Olamide Adedeji, has declared that he does not see himself as a boss.

The ‘Eyan Mayweather’ crooner stated in a trending interview that the word ‘boss’ does not exist in his dictionary, because he is more of a leader.

The music executive, who opened up about starting his label, YBNL at a young age, explained that he treats everyone around him as brothers and sisters rather than workers under him.

Olamide went on to say that he recognizes that the role of a leader is to lead people and ensure their success in life.

He said; “The word ‘Boss’ doesn’t exist in my dictionary, cause I see everybody around me like brothers. my sisters and all that it is not about me being a boss but a leader, the role of a leader is to lead so that other people can move ahead and progress in life.”
