Arsenal will look to get back on track in the Premier League when they face Leeds at Elland Road this weekend.
The Gunners have stumbled in the title race of late, failing to win any of their previous three games and slumped to a disappointing defeat at home to Manchester United last weekend. As a result, Arsenal’s lead at the summit has been cut to four points.
Though playing before Manchester City and Aston Villa in this gameweek does at least give Mikel Arteta’s side the chance to open up a seven point gap at the top of the table – albeit potentially for 24 hours or so.
Arsenal should be full of confidence after beating Kairat to top the Champions League table with a perfect winning record in the league phase but are facing a Leeds side in good form themselves.
Daniel Farke’s side have lost just once in their last 11 games across all competitions, a run that includes a win over Chelsea and draws with Liverpool.
