Nigeria go toe-to-toe with Morocco at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat for a spot in the Africa Cup of Nations final.
The Super Eagles were beaten finalists in the previous edition of this tournament, but they have come back with a vengeance this year, cruising to the semi-final stage.
Eric Chelle’s side won all three of their group-stage matches and produced a hugely impressive 2-0 defeat of Algeria at the quarter-final stage thanks to goals from Victor Osimhen and Akor Adams.
They will be shorthanded in Rabat as they face their toughest opponent of the campaign so far, with Wilfred Ndidi suspended for accumulating too many yellow cards.
Tournament hosts Morocco, meanwhile, have been similarly efficient in their quest to end a 50-year wait for an AFCON title, and were tipped as favourites by many this year.
They did not face a serious test at the tournament before coming up against Cameroon last time out, with goals from Brahim Diaz and Ismael Saibari confirming their progression.
This match will be the first time Nigeria and Morocco have met at AFCON for 22 years. They were drawn into the same group in 2004, with Youssouf Hadji scoring the only goal in a 1-0 win for the Atlas Lions, who finished that tournament as runners-up.
